Our next stop is at William Ricketts Sanctuary to see his unique sculptures of Aboriginal dreamtime themes. Traveling through to Lilydale and into the Yarra Valley. Surrounded by hills the vineyards produce cool climate grapes and award winning wines which we can sample. We lunch at Fergussons Winery and finish our tour of the valley at Domaine Chandon where we can tour the winery and relax with a glass of Australian sparkling wine made in the French style .
